Send a service request online any time — describe the problem, add a photo if it helps, and include the location. Requests are logged at the town office and routed to the crew responsible, and you will hear back once it is scheduled.
For anything urgent — a water main break, a blocked road, a public safety concern — call the town office directly during business hours.
